If you need to add one link to report or dashboard, you can add it in the report description which is formatted using Markdown syntax, see https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/analyze-and-visualize/create-reports#Createreports-Savereportandtoolbarbuttons.
Adding of a link in a table cell is not possible for now though such improvement is added to our backlog. See similar request here Hyperlinks in Table Report?.
