I’m trying to create a report where I can see the evolution of the time remaining of the issues takend during the sprint. At the beginning of the sprint, most of the issues I take have already started at the sprint before (we’re notre really good yet), therefore I want to see the estimated time remaining at the beginning of the sprint + the new user stories…

If you have selected to import issue change history, you could check out our demo report here: Sprint velocity (time tracking) - Issues - Jira Demo - eazyBI
You can copy the measure formulas from the Demo account and reuse them in your reports. These measures mimic sprint scope story point measures that are described here.
