I am trying to get the average times that an issue takes until it is resolved. When doing so, it takes into account all the issues that have been created, but I only need the ones that are currently in the Resolved or Closed status.
How can I make this filter?

To include in the report information only from issues in the statuses Resolved or Closed, you may want to add in the report pages the filter by “Status” dimension and select both statuses: Create reports
