Average Satisfaction with satisfaction date not working

Hi i tried using this demo report, but for some reason this “Average Satisfaction with satisfaction date” measure is not bringing up anything, even though i do have Satisfaction rating.
Define calculated member formula:
Name: Average Satisfaction with satisfaction date
Code:

CASE WHEN [Measures].[Issues with satisfaction date] > 0 THEN
[Measures].[Satisfaction with satisfaction date] /
[Measures].[Issues with satisfaction date]
END

Appreciate the help.

I found the issue. In the Data source settings, you need to add Satisfaction dates and measurements.
