I’m trying to figure out how to do a calculation to get the difference in the totals for each week.
In the below example I want to take W44-W43 to get the difference of the values rather than the aggregate.

You can use standard calculation Time ago -> Previous period change to see the measure changes compared to the previous period.

Here in the report you can see that I have added both Previous period and Previous period change and how the results are calculated:
