I’m trying to calculate the time in hours to solve a ticket, and then the average by month. Is there a measure for it or any other way to do it?

eazyBI offers measure “Average resolution days” to show the average duration between creation and resolution. The results are represented in days. Here is more details on the measure: Jira Core measures and dimensions.
You can transform duration from days to hours and minutes. Create a calcauted measure and multiply measure representing days with 24 (hours in a day) and then by 60 (minutes in an hour). When you have duration in minutes, you can change the measure formatting to duration ##d ##h ##m.
