From the user interface, there are no options to change the appearance of the table itself. Though, we are currently working on table redesign.
If you are using Jira Server, you can customize tables using stylesheets and JavaScript code. Read here more: https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/User+interface+customization
Also, you may color code table cells using conditional cell formatting options: https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBI/Create+reports#Createreports-Conditionalformattingoncells
