Connect an internal database to our cloud instance of EazyBI

We are trying to connect an internal database to our cloud instance of EazyBI. We have enabled the port and IP provided by EazyBi team (130.211.91.121,35.233.55.20,35.189.226.204,34.78.73.253) from our company firewall, but it is not working. We are getting CommunicationsException message.
We are using cloud instance of EazyBi. Do we have to configure reverse proxy? If yes, please share the steps.

It seems you have already tried to solve this problem in an internal support ticket. Problems requiring complex debugging and sharing confidential information are better left to the internal support channel.
