Create a Shift Pattern Time Dimension

Hi Team,

Is it possible to create a Time dimension based upon the start and end times of a shift pattern?
I want to be able to allocate issues to the Team that were working at a particular time in the day but can’t see how I can do it. Basically, a day would be anything from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am the next day.

It seems to me you are looking for DateDiffWorkHours function (learn more here -DateDiffWorkhours), but depending on your requirement, it might need to be incorporated in some other functions. If you don’t feel comfortable posting here the particular use case in regard to what is the expectation to be returned (are you looking for issues created during specific workhours? Issues resolved? Hi Elita,
Thanks for the response. I am looking to report on the number of tickets created during a specific work pattern. Our shift teams work from 7am - 7pm and then 7pm to 7am and I would like to report the tickets created each day between these hours if possible.
