Defining hierarchy in Import settings by "issue links" custom fields using "Epic link"

In our JIRA the Epics are linked to a Theme via “Parent link” field.

Even if I click the Theme in issue links custom field in the import settings as Dimension, it doesn’t reflect in the report

Hi @Zoltan_Durucsko,

Look for the “Parent Link” custom field in the eazyBI import options “Add-ons” tab, in the “Plans custom fields” section - Plans custom fields.

Select the “Parent Link” custom field for import and eazyBI will create the “Plans” hierarchy in the Issue dimension upon data import. In Jira Cloud, you may need to specify the level names - Plans custom fields.
