# Differentiate between "Save" and "Save As" for reports

Hi There,

I find that saving a report is tedious as you have to click Save another time for the name. This would make more sense if it was for the “Save As” functionality

I would prefer to have one click for “Save”.

There are changes in report **Save** options with version 6.4.

There are two options **Save** and **Save as** and they will work consistently any time. Use Save to save the current report. Save as to make a copy of the report. Options Mark private / mark visible and Move to the folder are available under additional options (three dots **…** )
