I have create a report in eazyBI displaying SLA details for each workflow level column wise (L2, L3, L4 are levels / teams) against each specific ticket.
I have a requriement to display this information in table rows as for each SLA level detail there would a separate row (Displaying that level as a team) in table as displayed in required excel report (screenshot attached).
How can I fulfil this requirement ?
