Distinct issues count

Hi all,

a client of mine reported today that some of his reports containing e.g. Transitions from status issue count stopped to work.
Indeed, the “Distinct issues count” measures are not present. In other accounts this measures are present.
What might be the reason for this occurance (eazyBI update)? I re-imported all data but it did not help.
