Why are there duplicate Flagged software custom fields? These fields appear to be generated by EazyBI. Selecting both generates an import error.

The “Flagged” custom field is provided by Jira Software and is a locked field. I can not tell why there might be a situation when two company-managed custom fields with the same name emerge in Jira.
Anyhow, eazyBI does not support importing two fields with the same name.
First, you might want to check both custom fields in Jira. You can see the Flaggred field ID as it is in Jira when you move the cursor over the field name in eazyBI. Or when yuo Edit the field settings (see the picture below). The five numbers (in the example below, 10021) represent “Flagged” field ID in Jira you can use to check on custom field.
Suppose both fields are valid for some reason; then you can change the Display Name in eazyBI for one of the “Flagged” fields. And then import both in eazyBI.
