Duration time without the hours not worked

Good morning to you all,

I have a question about the calculated members: I would like to display the processing time of an anomaly, but excluding the hours not worked (just between 8am and 6pm for example).

First of all: Is it possible? Do I have to go through the calculated members?

Hi,

In eazyBI, values are aggregated in day level, consequently, it would be too complex or even not possible to exclude out-of-office hours using MDX calculation.

Though, you may want to use javaScript calculated custom field to calculate pure processing time excluding weekends and non-working hours, and then import the result as a new custom field based measure.
