We have a user who reported that the import functionality of eazyBI was taking a very long time. The import usually happens in less than 15 minutes but some jobs were taking over an hour.
I do see some ERRORs in the logs but one is a SQL statement and the other is XML. Neither of those seem to give an indication as to what’s going on but seem more informational. I do see this at the end of that:

And I see this:

And this:
2018-01-14 23:08:27 -0700 FATAL: NoMethodError (undefined method `[]’ for nil:NilClass):
Those are the first lines of many lines of ERRORs or FATALs. I’m not sure if any of the above helps with the issue? Is there something I can look for in the logs which may help resolve this? I’ve zipped up the eazyBI logs and sent them to support a few days ago but I’ve not heard back.
