EazyBI not seeming to pull all of my issue types

Hey guys,

As the title says, EazyBI does not seem to be pulling all of our issue types to be available for reports. We have 27 issue types, and while not all of them are currently in use, EazyBI is only accounting for 6 of them. It’s not showing many issue types, including ones that are being used. I’ve double checked that I don’t have nonempty checked. I feel like I’m missing something very simple here… Screenshot for reference:

Thanks for posting your question!

eazyBI imports only those values linked to the imported issues. If the issues you are importing do not have these issue types assigned, eazyBI will not import them even if the “Nonempty” option is disabled.
