# eazyBI reports are not visible to all users except me (Jira admin)

Hello Team,

eazyBI reports and dashboards are not visible to any user except me. I have updated the eazy for Jira plugin recently in cloud. I am using Jira & eazyBI cloud.

Current eazyBI cloud version is 4.0.0.

Error msg - The webpage … might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Please suggest.

Hi Sachin,

If users are accessing reports via **old bookmarked links** , those links may no longer work after the plugin update. Please try accessing reports through **Apps → eazyBI → eazyBI Accounts → Dashboards / Analyze** , and also verify that the **eazyBI account is shared with the required users and groups** under the account user settings.

Hi All, this just to inform you that the problem is solved. I un-install and re-install the eazyBI for Jira cloud app and issue got resolved.
