Hello, this is Erik.
As eazyBI Cloud administrator, i would like to have a feature that allows me to perform multiple data imports during the day. For example schedule a data import at 10 AM and another at 5 PM on the same day.
We have teams across different continents and want to give the option to have our reports and data update in small timeframe compared to the current 24h wait.

As my understanding this feature is available in Server version.

### Set minimum regular import frequency

Hope you guys can put this somewhere in the roadmap.
Thanks and keep up the great job!
Erik

Hi Erik,

I’ve added your vote to multiple-times-a-day import in Cloud 🗳 However, there are no plans to make the regular imports more frequent in the cloud as “Process events” feature imports all the main changes every hour: [Data from Jira](https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira#DatafromJira-Processevents)

If you would like to have two regular import times, I’d suggest creating an account for each of the timezones for each team to use. This way, the account import of one timezone will not disturb the work of the team in the other timezone.

You can even make the main account a “Template account” and the second account the “Child account” which will synchronise and automatically import any newly created reports from the Template account during each import: [Template accounts](https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/manage-accounts/template-accounts)

Hi,
I would very much add my vote to the multiple-times-a-day import in Cloud.
The impossibility to do so in cloud has significantly impacted our workflow as we used to have imports every 15 minutes.
The Process events every hour is mitigating some of the problem, but is still slowing us down.

Same case with me also. Importing once a day is not acceptable. We should have the option to import more than once in a day from Jira cloud.

Just ran into this as well, except it also concerns Assets data. I may be wrong here, but it seems like the “Process events” feature does not apply to Jira Assets?

Hi @Harrison_Ponce

Thanks for reaching out!

It is true that [Process events](https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira#DatafromJira-Processevents) is a feature only for the Jira data source.

I added a vote to a ticket for more frequent Assets imports, but there is no timeline for this feature, so I can’t make any promises for now.

We’ll let you know if there are any updates to this!

Best regards,
Nauris
