# Error Blocking All Reports and dashboards in the account

Hello eazyBI everyone!

I am writing to report a critical issue affecting one of our eazyBI accounts, ‘SW’.

We are currently encountering the following error message: `No function matches signature 'Sum(<Numeric Expression>, <Tuple>)'`. This error has caused all dashboards and reports within the ‘SW’ account to stop functioning. Please note that our other eazyBI accounts are operating normally, suggesting this issue is isolated to the ‘SW’ account.

Currently, the account is entirely inaccessible for editing. The symptoms are as follows:

- **Creating a new report** : The error occurs immediately when attempting to access the Dimension list.
- **Editing an existing report** : The same error appears instantly upon entering the edit mode, preventing any modifications.

in Jira:

- **eazyBI Gadgets on Jira Dashboard** : The same error occurs, making visualization impossible.

This issue persists across every report within the account.  
Could you please investigate this matter and advise on how to resolve it?

Thank you for posting! We have been in touch with you directly and have already provided the steps to resolve this.

For anyone else encountering the same error — `No function matches signature 'Sum(<Numeric Expression>, <Tuple>)'` — this is typically caused by a calculated measure formula where the `Sum` function receives incorrect arguments.

The `Sum` function expects a **set expression** and a **numeric expression** , for example:

```mdx
Sum(Set_Expression, Numeric_Expression)

```

If you run into this issue, please check your calculated measures for any `Sum` formulas where a Tuple or a cross-product of sets is passed as an argument, and correct them accordingly.
