Excel import issue

Greetings easyBI SME!
After updated our renewal license, we are no longer able to import excel file. Also it’s giving use error on a text field which has been added to the advance settings which we have made any updates to since added. Can you provide your insights to resolve our import issue?

If the license updating is successful, it should not affect the eazyBI. All should work as before. Please send more information (import error, license, text fields id, etc.) to eazyBI support: support@eazybi.com
