Hello - How do I exclude Cancelled issues from Lead and Cycle time calculation. We moved some 1000+ issues to Cancelled status as these were very old issues. But our workflow in Jira is using Cancelled as Resolved state. This causes our Lead and Cycle time to spike up. We need to disregard those issues which we moved to Cancelled state in Lead and Cycle time calculation.

If you are using eazyBI for Jira Cloud, you can define custom Issue cycles to include the necessary statuses and use the pre-built Measures in your report.
This functionality will also be available for eazyBI for Jira Server / Data center starting from version 6.5, which we will release by the end of this month!
