for reporting reasons I need to export all users of an account together with their role (User admin etc).
Is there a way to do it quickly ?

This information is currently not available as a consolidated list.
However, we have a backlog feature request to implement some additional reporting for admins. I upvoted that on behalf of you.
There might be some options for data retrieval directly from the database on the Data Center instance.
A separate request to eazyBI support is currently the only option for the Jira Cloud instance.
In any case, that would show entities that are added to the account and would not list all users that are added to the account using Jira user groups.
