I have a report to show a two dimensional table base on selected time frame when issue get created. Now I’d like to further filter the issues with a date available in “Submit Date” field. On the other hand if “Submit Date” field is empty then the issue will be excluded.
How do I create the new measure to replace “Issues Created”?
