Filter SLA based on custom field value

Hi,

We currently have a setup where there’s First Response SLA setup for 2nd level teams. They are using this single SLA, however we identify them by custom field 2nd level.

How do we include only 2nd level values containing word systems in this Calculated member?

CASE WHEN [Measures].[First response (L2) Issues] > 0 THEN
  CoalesceEmpty([Measures].[First response (L2) - Met], 0) /
  [Measures].[First response (L2) Issues]
END

Filtering it out in a row/column view as new calculated member does not work for us, as we want to see all SLA’s lined up and split, together with L1.

You can import the custom field “2nd level” as a dimension and then define a new calculated member “2nd level systems” in the “2nd level” dimension with the following formula:

Aggregate(
  Filter(
    [2nd level].[2nd level].Members, 
    CoalesceEmpty([2nd level].CurrentMember.Name, "") MATCHES '.*systems.*'
  )
)

Then, you can use this dimension with this member as a Page filter in your report.
