Get a report even on the comments update

Hi Team @VasileS @ilze.leite,

I am looking for a report with assignees, project and update on the issue i.e. lastly when the comment is done. as shown in the attached image. Am able to make a report with project and assignees how I need to add a column for update(Comment) if I can pull even the comments in the reports that will be great.
