# Hide filters and description on report in dashboard Jira

Hello,

To have the same reports on several projects, I have created reports with a lot of filters. The project managers can use the reports and they filter according to the data they want to display.

On a Jira Dashboard, the filters take up a lot of space.  
It’s the same for the description.

It could be very useful to be able to hide the description and filter, with a retractable area.

Hello,  
Thank you.  
Unfortunately, this topic doesn’t provide a solution. It dates back to 2020, so I hope that could change. I believe this feature doesn’t exist yet, but I would like to know if it could be a future feature.  
If many people want it, it could become a new feature.

Hi @Ludovic,

Currently, there are no options to collapse the description or legend to save some space in the dashboard. However, we have a few ideas for more options to customize the report look and make the result cleaner. I added this community thread to the idea list and will update here if some improvements are available.
