Hello,
I have a report which shows the total number of hours that users have logged into tickets.
I’m using the measure: “Hours Spent” to get the number of hours.
The problem I’m having is that if a user logs 2 hours on a ticket today at 6pm and 2 hours tomorrow in the morning, then the report will show 4 hours tomorrow and zero today.
I think this is happening because UTC time was beyond midnight when today’s hours were posted.
How can I correct that, or create a new measure that subtracts the time from UTC?
