"Hours Spent" showing on the wrong day

Hello,

I have a report which shows the total number of hours that users have logged into tickets.
I’m using the measure: “Hours Spent” to get the number of hours.

The problem I’m having is that if a user logs 2 hours on a ticket today at 6pm and 2 hours tomorrow in the morning, then the report will show 4 hours tomorrow and zero today.

I think this is happening because UTC time was beyond midnight when today’s hours were posted.
How can I correct that, or create a new measure that subtracts the time from UTC?

Sorry for not answering sooner.

The Account has to have only one Time Zone. The time zone settings cannot be changed based on User’s Time zone.

Please check the Jira import options in the additional data section for Time zone settings.

Please consider creating different accounts for different time zones, such as different teams.
