# How to add sum value in project value

We want to add sum value in project level, but don’t know how to judge the issue level in [Define calculated member forula] dialogue box… Need help.

Hi @Jerry,  
you need to use some of [the aggregation functions](https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/analyze-and-visualize/calculated-measures-and-members/calculated-measures#Calculatedmeasures-Aggregatemeasures) that MDX offers (like [Sum()](https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/analyze-and-visualize/calculated-measures-and-members/mdx-function-reference/sum), Avg(), [Count()](https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/analyze-and-visualize/calculated-measures-and-members/mdx-function-reference/count) or others).
