In our Jira project, we have issuetypes grouped by hierarchy. They are:
Stories are where points are given. I’d like to be able to report from a Program level, the total number of Story Points completed vs. Story Points Not Completed. In Jira I have a filter using “issuekey in childIssuesOf”.
Is there a similar way to do this in eazyBI?

Such a use case in eazyBI can be resolved when you build the custom issue hierarchies using the issue links. Please, find the documentation on how to do that:

This feature of eazyBI requires a bit of configuration, so, please apply for the support once you need any assistance. Note also, that if you use the Jira Portfolio, the hierarchy will be built automatically when you select the Parent Link field for import.
Once you have the custom hierarchy, the measures are aggregated automatically:
