How to create a ageing report for based on transtion in the worklow from one status to other?

I’m trying to create ageing report based on transition of tickets from one status to other status.
In workflow I have these transitions:
In SIT -> SIT Complete
System-> System Testing Complete

I want to create two separate ageing reports for these two transitions.

Can anyone help me.

Here is an example of what we created:

You need to set user defined Age measures (e.g. 0-5 days). The one we used had a specific custom field that captured when the issue was done.
