Looking to get the Defect Leakage in Percentage against each Release. I have Defect Count from the same project but from different environments like Staging & Pre-Prod.

You could add the Environment to the rows and use standard calculation % of total, see Create reports.
If this is not what you are looking for, please share a screenshot of your report and how you would like to calculate the %.
