For example, I have installed Tracking & Estimation for Jira Cloud which has a field Time tracking(by roles). I am not able to import this field into eazyBI. Can anybody help me here?

eazyBI doesn’t have a native integration with the “Tracking & Estimation for Jira Cloud” app. But I will add it to our backlog to gather interest for this app integration.
As long as these fields have some structure in Rest API query results for the issue that you could
“teach” to eazyBI, you can try defining them via advanced settings, and you can try importing them into your eazyBI account. Please have a look at our documentation page for more information on advanced settings for custom fields - Advanced settings for custom fields - eazyBI for Jira.
