We embed EazyBI dashboards within an iframe on a Sharepoint intranet page as a radiator to the organization. Jira itself does not allow this type of Sharepoint iframing, that’s why we use EazyBI. In general this is working fine, but we would like users to be able to click on an issue link on the dashboard to open it in Jira (given permissions). I can see the issue key and Summary text, how do I/Can I make the href link show in the EazyBI dashboard for each issue?
I figured out the answer to my own question. The reports are active in the iframe, so left-click>Go To Source will take you to the Jira issue (given permissions).
