I want to create a report for issueType with status= In Test/Blocked at the beginning and end of week. Trying to use filters but of no help. Please let me know how to get started

You can use the Issues history measure together with Transition status and Time dimension week hierarchy - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/jira-issues-import/import-issue-change-history.
This would show how many issues were in the selected Transition status by the end of each time period - by the end of last week and this week.
