To create such a table, first, add the Issue dimension to rows of the report. There you can expand it into Projects and individual issues. I recommend adding the Project or Issue type dimensions to pages for filtering purposes. Otherwise, the list of issues could get too long.
You can view the number of subtasks created under an issue with the predefined measure “Subtasks cerated”. To see the number of “Story points” assinged to each issue, you can use the measure “Story Points created”. See a picture below:
