Hello, Sometimes the import is stuck in Waiting in Queue for quite a while
It would be nice if users responsible for EazyBI administration could see actual queue content similarity to JIRA Mail Queue. It would help people coordinate their imports and get better knowledge of utilization.
Actually, in the newest version of eazyBI we are about to launch quite soon, there will be a progress bar for import status. This version is already being tested.
Also, you could try using usage statistics (if you have an eazyBI_admin role or Jira system administrator rights) to follow import duration and the number of items imported.
