I am using eazyBI on top of Jira Cloud and wanted to know what steps I should follow to report based on the following hierarchy
Initiatives --> Epic --> Task -> Sub-task
What I want is a report that is broken up by Intiatives and Epics/Tasks/Subtasks for a project.

Hi,
You may want to import a custom Issue dimension hierarchy with one level top of the epics, and then use it to create reports.

(there is an example on a similar hierarchy: Features --> Epic --> Task --> Sub-task )
