I changed the status from resolved to reopen. But I can’t find the issue in measure open issues.
I want to know the open issues count at current status.
I don’t know MDX, I only use Jira Service Desk. Depends on how your workflow is defined. There is a way to clear the resolution to empty when returned to reopened status. We do it all the time. In the workflow schema in Jira, the Post Function needs something like: The Resolution of the issue will be cleared .
This will set the resolution status back to empty.
