JIRA Import Error

Hi,

Jira Import process is still in progress.
It doesn’t Stop for 10hours.
Maybe there is an error somewhere

So…How do I stop manually?

You could try disabling/enabling eazyBI add-on via Jira administration page.
Usually, that helps.
If it doesn’t please provide log files to eazyBI support team.
