Is it possible to import Product Entitlements into EazyBI?

Thanks for posting your question!  
Unfortunately, Products and Entitlements in Jira Service Management are not currently available for import within eazyBI. However, I’ve created a ticket in our product backlog to track this feature.

We’ll keep you informed if there are any updates or changes regarding this functionality in future releases.
