Hi Team, I am trying to configure Leadtime & CycleTime metrics in our EazyBI Dashboard.
I used Average Resolution Days for the LeadTime, but while verifying couple of the tickets it doesn’t look right (the number of days between a ticket getting created & resolved)
I wanted the number of working days between a ticket getting created and the ticket being resolved(Resolution value set).
I also want to calculate the days the ticket spends in “To Do” & “In Progress” Status Categories. Do you have an inbuilt formula for that?

Instead of Average resolution days, you may want to use Average resolution workdays measure.
If you have configured also holidays in Import options screen, then this measure excludes both weekends and holidays from the calculation: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/jira-issues-import#JiraIssuesImport-Timedimension
You may want to use measure Days in transition status or Workdays in transition status together with Transition status dimensions Status categories to get the total time in statuses from those categories.

The average cycle time (time spent in In Progress status category) is calculated for In Progress status category, but you may select both categories.
