Logged by with Issues Created in Measure

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a report in which I can determine the created tickets of a day, which of the group [Logged by].[Group] outputs.
It is important that I do not want to use Logged by as a dimension, as the report also queries data without Logged by.
I would like to determine how many tickets that have been created have been processed by a group.
Assignee does not work due to our workflow.
The following is the representation with assignee:

The following measure would work for Assignee. However, it is not possible to swap Assignee for Logged by, as this does not produce a result:

With my solution, I noticed that tickets are not displayed if they have not received a worklog in the period of the creation date.

Does anyone here have a solution/idea?
