Long resolving jira tickets

Hi team,

We are trying to create a report to see the oldest Jira tickets filtered by Assignees and split on timelines.
For example:
0-30 days - all assignees
30-60 days - all assignees
60 - forever - all assignees

Im able to create one general report with all tickets sorted by assigned, but how I can split them by timelines?

You can import Age interval dimension and use it together with the measure Issue due, see more here: Data from Jira

Here is an example report from the eazyBI demo account, instead of Priority dimension you can use Assignee dimension to have the needed result: Unresolved issues by age interval and priority - Issues - Jira Demo - eazyBI
