Hello everyone,
I am new to the community and have not yet found a suitable solution to my problem.
I would like to create an overview of all my long-running tickets since they were assigned to a specific group with a specific status.
As filters:
- Status
- Reporter (to select the person)
- time (if relevant in future)
As rows, I would like to have the individual issues listed by employee, i.e:
What do I do now? Do I need a new measure for “Days since assignment”? The “days assigned”-Measure unfortunately does not show me any results. Although it should actually show me some issues.
Thanks for the help!
Hi @lena.stippl
Welcome to the eazyBI community!
To help with your long-running tickets report, could you clarify:
- How are you identifying when tickets were assigned to a specific group with a specific status, and what events should start/end the day count?
- Could you share more details about your report setup where “Days assigned” isn’t showing results? Please share a screenshot of the report and include the report definition to show what isn’t working as expected (feel free to send it to support@eazybi.com if it contains sensitive data).
There are several historical measures available to track day count:
- Days assigned counts days for each assignee change of the issue. The measure also counts days till resolution day for the assignee who resolved the issue. Use this measure with the Assignee dimension.
- Days in transition status shows how many days an issue has stayed in a status from the Transition status dimension.
- and others, but more details about your use case are needed to better help you
Kind regards,
Gerda // support@eazybi.com
