My KPI does not show some of my issues “in progress”, i do not understand why.
It depends on the assignee, so i must have missed something ?
I just basically set the project + status + assignee, but nothing.

There could be several reasons for this. One of them could be that some of the issues were transitioned to the status “In Progress” after the data import into eazyBI. eazyBI is not a real-time reporting tool, and things can happen in Jira between imports.
Another reason could be that some projects are not selected for import or other import restrictions set in the eazyBI import settings - JQL filter, JavaScript code.
Please share a screenshot of the report and check the reasons listed above.
