Need assistance gaining dashboard with reports admin role

We are eazyBI support and can consult you about eazyBI functionality, but we do not have access to configure and manage your Jira instance and the installed eazyBI app.
To obtain the Reports admin role, please contact your Jira administrator or the Owner of the account you are interested in. You can see your account Owner in the All My accounts list.
