No dashboad email received

Hi,

I was created the yml file and configed on the eazybi advance setting for dashboard email according to the instruction: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/set-up-and-administer-for-jira-server/customization/email-customization-for-dashboard-subscription

but I have a question that what is the trigger condition for email sending? when it will send email to users? no emails were received by now.

Hi Annie,

In order to receive eazyBI dashboard subscription email with PDF attachment, the PDF export must be enabled, a user who has access to eazyBI should save his/her own subscription settings and the time when emails are scheduled should come.
That should trigger the email sending.
If that didn’t happen, please reach out to eazyBI support and provide logs.
