Hello, I ran into the problem when I display the time dimension in the reports, the month of November does not appear. This happens only on some accounts in my instance, not all of them. Does anyone know what could be causing it and how to fix it? thank you.

You may not have any data for this month in your Jira (no issue due dates or other assigned dates for this month), so eazyBI does not have this Time member created in the Time dimension.
You can, however, manually add any range of Time members to the Time dimension in eazyBI to also show the months/dates to which you have no Jira associations: Time dimension
