at a single sprint level (2 weeks) I should compare the original estimate of the hours at the beginning and at the end of the sprint, to understand if there are differences.

eazyBI builds Sprint scope measures based on historical measures. You can use any historical default measure for building Sprint scope measures. Unfortunately, the field “Original estimated hours” is not imported with the change history. Therefore, eazyBI can’t use it to track its value at a certain point in time or at a particular stage of a Sprint.
We have a feature request regarding this in our backlog, and I added your vote to it. Right now, I don’t have any estimates, but we will let you know once there are any developments.
I suggest using a set of Remaining estimated hours historical measures instead of Original estimated hours for Sprint scope management on time tracking. You can find one such example on our demo account - Sprint Time Tracking (Remaining Estimate) balance - Issues - Jira Demo - eazyBI.
